Wherever you live, the survey comes first. We look for the true cause of the water or damp problem. Because the cause decides the cure, we never guess. Then we explain the fix in plain words, so you know what to expect.
Period housing is the heart of our work in the central and northern boroughs. For example, Victorian and Georgian terraces in Islington and Camden often have damp cellars, while Kensington & Chelsea and Wandsworth see many basement conversions.
Ground conditions change from area to area. Richmond sits beside the Thames, so water tables run high. Hampstead and Wimbledon have hillier ground and large period homes with cellars. Therefore the right system differs from one area to the next.
