What We Do

London's below-ground property is hard to keep dry. The water table is high across much of the capital. London clay swells and shrinks with the seasons. Many Victorian and Edwardian basements also predate modern damp-proofing standards.

As a result, water ingress is a structural problem, not a cosmetic one. We design every system to BS 8102. This is the British Standard for waterproofing below-ground structures. Instead of a one-size-fits-all fix, we match Type A, Type B or Type C protection to the building.

Every job starts with a free survey. You get a written diagnosis of the cause before you agree any work. For example, our damp survey tells you whether you need treatment at all.

However, many need a mix, such as tanking with a drained cavity behind a new finish. Because we offer every system, our advice follows the building, not one product. We say what you need, and we say what you do not. You can then plan your budget with care.
