Because damp and water ingress are almost never diagnosable from a description alone, the survey is how we identify the actual cause — groundwater, a failed damp-proof course, penetrating damp or condensation — before anyone quotes for work.

What Happens After You Enquire
Once you send the form, a waterproofing specialist reads it and gets back to you. Because damp and water ingress are hard to judge from a description, the next step is a survey. We arrange a time that suits you, and the survey itself is free.
During the survey we look for the true cause. For example, it may be groundwater, a failed damp-proof course, penetrating damp or condensation. Each one needs a different fix, so we never quote before we know.
After the survey you receive a written quotation, with no obligation. Our systems follow BS 8102 and may use Type A, B or C protection. As a result, the plan fits your building.
